These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Masters Bond Clean. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Services

Masters Bond Clean provides professional cleaning services, including:

• End of Lease / Bond Cleaning
• Regular Residential Cleaning
• Deluxe / Deep Cleaning
• Additional cleaning services agreed upon in writing

The exact scope of work will be confirmed through a quotation, invoice, or booking confirmation.

2. Quotations & Pricing

• All quotes are based on the information provided by the client.
• Prices may vary if the property size, condition, or service requirements differ from the original description.
• Additional tasks requested during the service may incur extra charges.
• Quotes are valid for 14 days unless otherwise stated.
  
  

3. Bookings

• Bookings are confirmed once accepted by Masters Bond Clean via phone, email, message, or website confirmation.
• We reserve the right to reschedule or decline bookings due to availability, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances.

4. Property Access

Clients must provide safe and timely access to the property, including:

• Keys or access codes
• Parking information (if applicable)
• Access to electricity and running water

If access is not available at the scheduled time, a call-out or cancellation fee may apply.

5. Payment Terms

• A 50% advance payment is mandatory at the time of booking confirmation to secure your appointment.
• The remaining 50% balance is due on the day of the service before or immediately upon completion of the cleaning service.
• We accept bank transfer, cash, or other approved payment methods.
• Bookings are not considered fully confirmed until the advance payment has been received.

6. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• More than 48 hours’ notice: No cancellation fee.
• Less than 48 hours’ notice: The 50% advance payment is non-refundable.
• Same-day cancellations or failure to provide property access: Up to 100% of the booking value may be charged.

7. End of Lease / Bond Cleaning

• The property should be vacant before the service begins, unless otherwise agreed.
• Our bond cleaning service follows a comprehensive checklist designed to meet common property management standards.
• If the property is in a significantly worse condition than described, additional charges may apply after consultation with the client.

8. Regular Cleaning Services

• Regular cleaning may be scheduled weekly, fortnightly, or monthly.
• Clients may modify or pause ongoing services with reasonable notice.
• We will endeavor to provide consistency in staffing, but the same cleaner cannot always be guaranteed.

9. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Remove valuable or fragile items before the service
• Inform us of any hazards, damages, or special cleaning requirements
• Ensure pets are secured where necessary
• Provide a safe working environment for our team

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or faulty fixtures and fittings.

10. Satisfaction & Re-Clean Policy

Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not satisfied with any aspect of the service:

• Regular Cleaning: Notify us within 24 hours.
• Bond Cleaning: Notify us within 48 hours.

Where appropriate, Masters Bond Clean will arrange a re-clean of the affected area at no additional cost. Refunds are not provided for issues reported outside the stated time frames.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law:

• Our liability is limited to the value of the cleaning service provided.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses.
• Nothing in these terms excludes rights available under the Australian Consumer Law.

12. Health & Safety

Masters Bond Clean reserves the right to refuse or discontinue work where staff encounter:

• Unsafe working conditions
• Aggressive or abusive behaviour
• Hazardous materials not disclosed before the booking
• Biohazard or excessive contamination requiring specialist cleaning

Additional charges may apply for hazardous or heavily contaminated properties.

13. Privacy

Any personal information collected during enquiries or bookings will be used solely for:

• Providing cleaning services
• Communicating about bookings and quotations
• Issuing invoices and service-related updates

We do not sell or share personal information with third parties except where required by law or necessary to provide our services.

14. Website Content

All website content, including text, images, logos, and branding, is the property of Masters Bond Clean and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

15. Changes to Terms

Masters Bond Clean may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version published on our website will apply to all future bookings from the date of publication.
